MaP Sports
Sports at Maru-a-Pula provides students with the opportunity to develop leadership skills, build strong relationships through teamwork and develop a lifelong habit of physical wellness. The physical education programmes are designed to challenge the top team player, as well as engage the willing enthusiast.

Competitive Sports
MaP students excel in local, regional and global competitions and our top athletes have represented Botswana in national teams, including at the African and Olympic games. Our teams have won international school championships in Athletics, Swimming, Cricket, Junior and Senior Netball, Senior Boys Rugby, Senior Girls Rugby and Basketball.

Physical Education (PE) Curriculum
Our PE classes are required for Forms 1 -3. Students participate in various sports, dances and even fitness tests. Lessons are intended to be fun and engaging, introducing students to activities they may otherwise not attempt outside of this context, and imparting them with a wide range of skills.

Variety of Activities
At Maru-a-Pula, students are required to participate in physical activities. Students who would rather not participate in competitive sports have a range of options to choose from. We offer Zumba, yoga, dance, aqua aerobics, golf, cycling and many more!
