On Saturday, 30 November 2019, MaP’s Class of 2009 celebrated their 10-year reunion with a night of dinner and dancing. The event was part of a reunion weekend organised by Thulisizwe Gilika ’09, Tshipidi Ramaribana ’09, and Reagan Tshimakoko ’09.
Alumni caught up with one another, and several members of the class spoke about how their MaP experiences shaped their lives. The evening also included speeches from Principal, Andy Taylor, and teachers, Ms Felicity Mange and Mr Julius Onyait.
“I was very happy to hear about this reunion. A huge thanks to the organisers for making this a possibility. I genuinely hope this isn’t the last time, but the beginning of many more. I hope you have an amazing night, full of memories. I’d like to dedicate this speech to Mr. Mabonga, Ismail Adams, Mr. Mhlanga, Ms Mathai, and others who we are glad to have had in our lives, that are no longer around.” – Bayan Jamali ’09
