Recycling Depot

 
In Term 2 we plan to expand our recycling depot so that we can provide this as a service to our community. We will have small depots around the school, especially at the tuck shop, where waste can be separated at source. Students will be involved in the design, construction, advertisement and evaluation of the success of this initiative. Focus shall be on office paper, bottles and cans. Once the system for these is functional we will expand to include other recyclables. This project is designed to create a concrete solution to a waste management problem that we see around the school. Additionally, we hope to create a model and design that is conducive for implementation in other schools.
